This is a plain language guide to our Terms & Conditions. The full terms are binding.

Tickets and entry

• 18+ only, bring valid photo ID.
• Tickets are Humanitix only, wristband must stay on all weekend. Lost or damaged tickets or wristbands cannot be replaced.
• You agree to searches of people, cars and bags.
• Companion Cards accepted: Buy your ticket and email us with a copy of your card to arrange a free pass for your carer.

Refunds and changes

• All sales are final. No refunds for change of mind, illness or travel issues.
• Line up, schedule or amenity changes do not mean refunds.
• If cancelled before gates open, a refund may be offered less fees. If postponed within 12 months, tickets roll to new dates. You can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
• If cancellation happens after gates open, no refunds, unless required by law. Get travel insurance.

What not to bring or do

• No glass, weapons, fireworks, illegal stuff, big sound systems, gas bottles, cooking gear, generators, drones, professional camera gear.
• No moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, swimming in dams, smoking near food vendors, climbing structures, entering restricted areas.
• BYO is small personal amounts only in camping, no kegs or commercial quantities.

Safety and respect

• Respect each other, staff and the land. Follow staff and emergency directions.
• Wear sensible shoes, bring layers, use ear plugs near stages.
• If you need prescription meds, keep them in original packaging with your name.

Photos and video

• You might be photographed or filmed. We can use that content for festival promotion.
• No drones or pro cameras without written approval.
