Ticketing Info
Ticketing & Entry
You’ll need a digital ticket and valid photo ID. No ID, no entry.
Don’t print your ticket — just save the PDF or a screenshot to your phone, and make sure your screen brightness is up.Every ticket is scanned at the gate. If your ticket has already been scanned, entry will be denied.
Don’t share your ticket or screenshot it for your mate — it won’t work for them, and it won’t work for you either.
Wristbands must be worn at all times while on site.
Ticket Resale
The only official resale platform is Humanitix.
You cannot list your ticket on Tixel or other resale platforms. We can’t help with name changes outside of Humanitix, either.
This is for your safety and to prevent scams.
Car Passes
Every car entering the site needs a valid car pass — unless you’re bringing 3 or more people in the same car.
Passes are available through Humanitix and help us reduce traffic and offset carbon emissions.
100% of car pass revenue goes toward sustainability projects.
Accessibility
If you have accessibility requirements, you can let us know during checkout using the Accessibility Needs field. You’re also welcome to email us at info@hopkins-creek.com and we’ll make sure your needs are communicated to our crew ahead of the event.
Birthday Tickets
Hopkins Creek runs on equal access—one price, one ticket, no early birds, no VIPs, no back doors. This keeps the experience intimate, fair, and grounded.
That means we don’t offer birthday tickets or special discounts — even for those celebrating something special.
If you do end up marking your birthday out there with us, swing past the info tent and let us know — we’ll sort you out with a drink on the house.
First Nations Tickets
We’re currently developing a First Nations ticketing policy in consultation with community. Thanks for your patience while we work through the right approach. A limited allocation of tickets will be available via application in mid-July — completely separate from the main release and unaffected by a sell-out.
