Tickets & Formalities
The particulars.
Every town has its paperwork. Ours is relatively harmless.
Below you'll find information on ticket types, passes, payment plans, transfers, resale and the finer points of rolling through the gates. Familiarise yourself with the details now and future you will have one less thing to think about later.
Ticket Resale
The only official resale platform is Humanitix. Resale will be made available closer to the event.
You cannot list your ticket on Tixel or other resale platforms and must be sold at face price. We can’t help with name changes outside of Humanitix sorry.
These policies and initiatives are for your safety and to prevent scams.
Car Passes
Every car entering the site needs a valid car pass. Passes are available through Humanitix and help us reduce traffic and offset carbon emissions.
100% of car pass revenue goes toward sustainability projects, including our compostable toilets.
Volunteering
Cobbers in need are cobbers indeed.
Hopkins Creek isn't recognised without a significant injection of community spirit. Every year a fine collection of legends, good eggs and helping hands help keep the wheels turning in the right direction.
Volunteer applications for this year's festivities open Saturday 1 August. Team be your dream? Put your hand up and join us as we piece the whole thing together.
Accessibility
If you have accessibility requirements, please let us know during checkout using the Accessibility Needs field.
You’re also welcome to email us at info@hopkins-creek.com and we’ll make sure your needs are communicated to our crew ahead of the event.

First Nations Tickets
Hopkins Creek takes place on Taungurung Country and we’re honoured to gather here. As part of our commitment to making space for First Nations voices, we’ve set aside a dedicated ticket allocation for mob.
Please reach out to info@hopkins-creek.com to organise a ticket. This allocation is separate from the main ticket release. One registration per person.
We won’t ask for ID or verification — we trust community to self-identify. Your details will only be seen by the Hopkins crew and won’t be shared.
Entry
Bring your ticket and a valid photo ID. No ID, no entry.
There's no need to print your ticket. Save it to your phone as a PDF or screenshot and have it ready to go when you arrive. A charged battery and a bright screen will make everybody's day easier.
Every ticket is scanned on entry and can only be used once. If a ticket has already been scanned, access will be denied.
Don't share your ticket. Don't screenshot it for a mate. Don't post it online. One ticket, one person, one trip through the gate.
Once you've checked in you'll receive your festival wristband. Keep it on for the duration of the weekend. It's your invitation, your passport and your proof that you belong here.
Smooth sailing starts with being organised. Have your ticket ready, your ID handy and we'll see you on the other side.
Birthday Tickets
Hopkins Creek runs on equal access—one price, one ticket, no early birds, no VIPs, no back doors. This keeps the experience intimate, fair and grounded.
That means we don’t offer birthday tickets or special discounts, even for those celebrating something special.
If you do end up marking your birthday out there with us, swing past the info tent and let us know — we’ll sort you out with a drink on the house in the Bait Shop
